Green Smoothies?
I made a green smoothie with spinach, strawberries, raspberries and blackberries and low fat milk. I drank 12 oz with my turkey burger for lunch. Should they be meal replacements or can it be drank along with a meal?

Insanity results?
Anyone have week by week pictures of your results from insanity? I started it past week without the diet it recommended and I feel I'm not making as much progress as I thought I would. Just curious to to see everyone's results also :)

20 month difference *pictures

Toning
Okay i know how to lose weight but im having a hard time toning any recomendations on what i can do. Going to the gym is a no go i would really like to do some kind of weight training but dont know how to or where to start. Thanks!

Workout routine?
I have reached my goal weight so now i need to work on toning. I was thinking f maybe alternating my days with running 7-10 miles a day and an hour of jillian michaels workout with 5 lbs weights like ripped in 30, extreme shed and shred, and 6 week 6 pack and more. Do you think thats enough "weight training" to tone?

Road Trip advice?
Well me and my family are moving from CA to CO and we are driving over there so a two day trip. Im worried that not being active and having to eat out for breakfast lunch and dinner will mess up what ive been working on. Any advice? help!

I was told that when working out at night you dont burn as many calories, so i was wondering if you guys believe that a certain time of the day is the best to workout?

Should i up my calories?
I think i need to Up my calories but im not too sure how much i should, so i thought i would get some of your opinions. If im working out twice a day and burning almost 300/400 calories for each workout and my calorie goal is 1200, how much should i up my calorie intake?

Pasta
I generally eat whole wheat pasta or brown rice with lunch and dinner every day, is that terribly bad? should i cut down to having pasta one meal a day because i usually eat two cups of pasta a day.
