What do you think of waist or thigh slimmer/trimmer belts? Do you think they even actually help?

    They are great... to help you sweat out water weight. Drink a glass of water, and it's all back.

    I don't know if it works, but I do like the support it gives my midsection when I am working out.

    Yeah, its only for temporary water weight loss. But its nice if you are planning on wearing a nice dress or something, and want a quick fix to make yourself appear a little slimmer. It will not last though.

    No, but I used to wear them like a girdle - lol
