I hope everything is going well guys. I had a death in my family, right before Thanksgiving so I've been pretty tied up. I have been doing the workouts everyday but I apologize for not posting - just a lot of craziness with the funeral, and family in town etc. I am happy with how I feel from PiYo, I have majorly toned up…

I didn't get to post on Sunday, the MFP app on my phone was acting up. But here is my Sip It Sunday. I'm always sipping on some Shakeology. Jennifer and Jessica I know y'all are too! I just love what it's done for my energy level and how it's killed my cravings. Cheers guys!

THANKFUL THURSDAY!!!! I'm thankful for such an amazing family, especially my parents. It's so nice to know no matter what happens they will always be there for me, and have my best interest in mind. :) What are you guys thankful for today?

Green tea is so good for the metabolism. It's funny you say that because yesterday at work I was overly hungry, and everyone was eating pizza - instead of giving in to the craving I started drinking tea and it went away!

How do you make your kale chips?! It's something I've been wanting to try!!! My tip today: When you feel like you're tired and have had it - just do ONE more. One more squat, one more push up, just one more of whatever it is you're doing. If you consistently do one more than the last, you'll be amazed at the progress.

What doesn't kill you makes you stronger! You got this! Got my workout in early, it's my goal to wake up 30 minutes earlier and get them all in in the morning so there's no interference. :)

We can just use one. Whoever posts it first just go under that one. :) If you bought it from the beachbody site it should of come with a tape measure, and including meal plans etc. I am following the PiYo meal plan and loooove it. It's really helped me prep and know how much of what type of food to eat.

Gosh I hate getting sick it ruins everything. I was sick last month for a full week and it threw everything off. Maybe try and energy booster of some kind before you try the next workout?
