  • I ran Saturday in Mt. Morris last year and it was an absolute blast!! I will probably do it again in Mt. Morris. Although, someone fell off the top of the wall and I think she broke her back...We watched it happen, it was absolutely terrifying.

  • MFP's default protein goal is notoriously low. As a rule of thumb, you should strive to eat a gram of protein per pound of ideal body weight. IE, if your ideal body weight is 130 lb, you should aim for 130 grams of protein a day. It is difficult to eat too much protein.
