add me to the list. :)

depending on the exercise, you may also be gaining muscle, which weighs more than fat! Have you been tracking measurements?

I eat more than 1200 cals, but feel free to add me too

Same here, about $100 for two adults. I found we're spending less now that I'm eating healthier, because I'm preparing more meals rather than buying pre made, frozen, deliveyr, or going out. It also helps that I'm recently underemployed, so I've got more time and less money. :/

I love my morning shake, which is also my pre workout meal most days. I use: 1/2 of a medium avocado 1 cup of fruit (anything works, blueberries and strawberries are my favorite) 1/2 cup whole milk 1/2 cup water 1 scoop chocolate whey powder It's pretty flexible. You could use skim milk instead of whole and water, but…

I've recently been replacing toast and avocado with a shake made of whey protein, milk, avocado, and whatever fruit I have handy. It's tasty, surprisingly filling, and I can drink it while on the treadmill for a few minutes. Makes for a good morning!

Maybe i'm odd; i always eat them back. If i don't workout to earn some extra cals and protein i get dizzy hungry.

I like friends.

Thanks all for the ideas! I already eat an avocado and drink coconut water every day, but I'll also start including some of these other things too, and ask my doctor at my next visit to include a potassium check in my blood work.

I can't eat much red meat, but I love my fruits and veggies!

Add me too, if you like. I am back on after not logging in for months. Lost motivation last time, and I think more friends would help. :)

that's amazing! Well done.

I've found, for parties in general, having a vairety of cut up fruits and veggies (along with dips and chips) give people lots of options, and is tasty! Lowfat yogurt and honey makes an awesome fruit dip.
