Good thing I keep my blog private! I wouldn't wanna make one of these posts

Unless you're running over a 10k, you can probably eat after

You should wear whatever you want at the beach/pool/etc. If someone doesn't like it, then they shouldn't look. Also you probably look the same size wearing a bikini as you do wearing jeans and a t-shirt so who cares.

You'd have to be incredibly out of shape to work up a sweat shopping. If you do then count is as vigorous walking or something

Do you just add up all the numbers for the wilks score? I'm using this calculator... http://wilkscalculator.com/lbs and putting in 730lbs for 138lbs body weight. Recently tested 1RMs high bar back squat: 225 bench press: 120 deadlift: 290 strict press: 95 357.347 wilks points

aww thanks!

It's healthier but it won't make you lose weight alone.
-
It should be fine. You could find a spot out of the way I'm sure, especially during the weekday.

Go to a crossfit box. A lot of them have a free class on saturday already so you'll get a pretty good cardio workout. Any YMCA lets you pay for a day pass as well. You can always act like you wanna try it out though and get it for free.

They end up looking better usually.
-
They help you lose money thats for sure.

You should tell him to hit the gym and put on some more muscle since he's feeling so threatened.

Well eating "a few" biscuits is really the problem. Some of them are around 300 calories for just one

Junk food is cheaper but it isn't filling. You need to eat more junk food to feel equally satisfied so you're going to spend more in the long run. I don't even get why people use this argument "i can buy a box of brownies for $2" but you're not going to sit with your brownies on a plate and eat just that.

I'd make cornstarch and corn oil then fry some food
-
What's the point with regular rolled oats? They don't take long to make

If you can't stomach your coffee black then maybe you just don't like coffee? There's a big possibility that you just like cream and sugar (aka icecream when frozen). If that's the case, best bet is to ween yourself off coffee or switch to caffeine pills.

Wow bitter much. Sorry that everyone isnt huge. The store sells to the average size of their target market. Most fit people shopping in athletic stores dont weigh 300lbs. Froma financial standpoint it makes no sense to target that market. Maybe you can open a new store that caters to your demographic or get you clothes…

I would if it would give me the results I want. I'm already spending 200+ every month for my gym membership now actually
-
I'd be more worried about the pasta and sauce for dinner if anything.
-
Oly bar and plates

Heathly food is cheaper if you cook. I think the real problem is people not prioritizing their health. People would rather spend time on the couch watching tv or complaining on the internet than learning to cook and prep food properly. Eating healthy is not convenient either. If someone prefers convenience over health than…

Or you can just fry them in lard like you're supposed to

you cab measure yourself according to their website. I was told their 32c (thats what I wear) is a b cup and its the same for all their 32 bands, that its the same as a size down
-
This i'd definitely agree on. Fat burners or any other thermogenics seem way too harmless for the potential risks that they carry.

If you have nothing to add then why bother posting? I'm sure if you can write a book then you'd surely have enough education to write a summary as well. About it being my life, lol no I don't use steroids. Also, fyi you do sound rude.

I'm pretty sure I do in a layman's sense. I didn't study medicine or pharmacology so I don't know the nitty gritty down to a molecular level about it. But as I asked before, do you think you could elaborate?
-
Would you care to elaborate? (I'm not sure what tosh means either actually)

If you can't lift heavy right now dumbells would probably be a good start. A squat rack or power cage is pretty big investment to make as a beginner.
