Would that make women bulky? I know I always hear its not possible eating at a deficit, but I often eat way over. Over as in 2000-3000 calories total in a day kind of over.

I've been using the preset value for calories burned in mfp but I have many days where I've eaten over my calories by like 700 (for weeks at times) and I still lose weight. Does anybody do this daily? I try to do as many push ups and pull ups (or chin ups really) til failure every morning. So far I can only do 2 and a half pull ups and 25 push ups. Anyone else do some other quick workout in the mornings?

I'm been on MFP since July of last year but I decided to finally pop in and say hello here. I started at 168lbs back then and right now I'm at 135. Measurements and size?
This is mostly for girls but guys are welcome to join in :) What is everyone's measurements and clothing sizes? After losing weight I think it's a bit harder to shop for clothes since nothing seems to be consistent. I love shopping online too so it sucks to send things back lol.
