I like the feeling too, I love to prod the aches - it's a fine line between pleasure and pain isn't it! Yep, stretching afterward is the way to go. But it does sound like you may be going at it a little hard, no pain no gain (or loss) though.

I wouldn't worry, in the mirror you can move about see yourself getting into your best angle in sort of 3D, the camera just takes a flat and unflattering picture regardless of your pose (unless you crack exactly which angle to give it). Click My Diary Add Choose Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner etc Click the blue icon with white squiggly lines to the right of "Search for a food" and above the "Sort" button. Then just hovver over your barcode and it will take a snapshot - you don't need to click anything

I'm with you girlfriend, my over the head workout bra is so tight I usually get my husband to help when he's around, or end up jumping round the living room trying to drag it off, stage 1 gets it over the boobs, then stage 2 is the shoulders. I've broken nails before trying to get it off!

I'm on Day 18 which means Day 8 of Level 2, and love it, it's hard (for me) and will make you sweat almost immediately! But it burns the calories right off you and I could see a difference in my body within a week, it started to tone me up from the start, and I now feel a lot stronger. I'd recommend it.
