  • Yes that is soooooo true. It's the hardest piece for sure. It's much easier to go out to eat and order anything off the menu, but unfortunately for many of us, that's not something we can do. We have to plan before we go or think twice before we order something to make sure it's not putting us way over on calories, etc...…
