  • No - not on the packet.....and their website "nutrional info" (see my link) is confusing to say the least.
  • Thanks for your reply. I need to know just how many cals etc are in a 100g pot of this stuff and I would like to be able to correctly add it to the database. I was happily eating it on almost every salad, thinking it was "only 30cals". If it is about 500cals in the 100g "snackpot", no wonder more of us are having a weight…
  • Strictly speaking, its 58% CHEESE CUBES (not allowed to call it FETA cheese anymore unless it is made in ...?Feta!!) 19% Rapeseed Oil; 10% Garlic;10% Stuffed green olives as well as pimento paste in the olives and herbs. (mouth watering already..!)
  • No. I was on 1200 a day (from Jan) until I joined the gym and had a read of IPOARM. Upped it to 1400, thinking I would be burning more cals 3or4 times a week.....but still no weight loss.
  • Yes - this is the one time in my life I would like to be a loser....but it just ain't happenin' !!!!

  • Isn't Body Pump strength training? I was recommended to take it by the PT at the gym.
  • No - wish they did!
  • If you mean cosmetics to use to make your face look thinner, then try some of the above. BUT if you mean exercise for your facial muscles?......I have two words...........EVA FRASER (books, DVDs etc available on Amazon). I saw her once a few years ago and couldn't believe how young she looked. She must be about 80yo…
  • My daughter is working her way through these 14 recipes............ http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/content/recipes/special-diets/dairy-free/ .......so you're ok for the next fortnight!!
  • Matthew 6:25 “Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink, nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing?
  • bump! been fighting with my last 5lbs for the past 2months
  • If you want chocolate but are determined not to have it....have you tried Cabury's Highlights or Options, the low cal chocolate drinks? I find them quite handy when my body DEMANDS chocolate.......
  • I am the original carb addict - I love my bread. But, in the hope I would be able to wean myself off it, I stopped eating any kind of bread last Sunday (exactly a week ago). It was hard going but I managed it. After walking my dogs this morning, I came home to the smell of bacon cooking....and as I type this, I'm enjoying…
  • ^^^^THIS^^^^ On the very rare occasion I buy "junk" food, I separate it, put a portion into a baggie and FREEZE them. By the time its defrosted, you'll probably have forgotten you wanted it in the first place. There they are......at the back of the bottom freezer drawer (beside my frozen credit cards!)
  • Hello from Hornchurch in Essex.
  • Hi Peeps! Hornchurch in Essex here. So pleased to find others who will hopefully speak Tesco, Sainsbury and Waitrose instead of Trader Joe's, PB2 and HCG! Only got another 3lbs to get to my goal weight but they ARE the hardest to get rid of....mine are so attached to me they just won't leave home!

  • ^^^^THIS^^^^ High blood pressure, diabetes and high cholesterol don't show up on the scale....but go the way you're going and they'll show up soon enough. IGNORE what your scale says; go by the way your clothes fit!
  • I have to disagree with you on this one. I need more info as my husband is type1 diabetic and needs to know the CARB intake on everything. I live in London and so far I've received favourable responses from various restaurants, including PIzza Express (excellent customer services), Greggs the Bakers, Carluccios, Harvesters…
  • Ok - I agree that it burns calories - I've been doing it every day for the past 10 years, and I know I would have been a lot heavier if I hadn't been doing it....BUT it doesn't raise my heart rate anymore and I don't sweat (or even "glow"!!). I'd really like to lose these last couple of pounds, so I'm reading this topic…
  • I've been stuck on the last 2lbs for about 3 weeks. I'm planning to increase my intake tomorrow and make sure I eat my exercise calories during November - just to see if it makes the scale budge in the right direction! I'm currently on 1200cals with 2 x 45mins jogging. I logged my lifestyle as "sedentary" and my goal as…
  • Here in the UK, we're not used to having just "egg whites" so I've always wondered.....You mean you get an egg and throw away the yolk (healthy maybe, but such a waste). The only time I would consider using only the egg white is for when I make these: http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/2445/ultimate-meringue  LOL
  • Holland & Barrett sell a protein mince called "Neals Yard Soya Protein Mince", (in chunks or minced, flavoured or unflavoured). I use it probably more during this cold weather, about twice a week for things like Shepherd's Pie, Spag Bol Lasagne etc. In fact, we had a delicious Sh/Pie last night for 236cals and 19g of…
  • I'm "collecting" 100cal snack ideas on a spreadsheet - and now have a few more to add, thanks peeps! Here are my favourites.......... Whitworth's 35g dried fruit snack packs (apricots/pineapple/mango) are each about 80/125cals a pack - and currently in Tescos at 3 for £1. 5 Crespo pitted green olives 20 cals Fun size (20g)…
  • I managed to get my hands on some PB2 - Can you please tell me how much of this should I use ?
  • Bread - bread - and any bread. Any flavour, any colour, any texture but - dear lord - make it bread. I just lurve bread........
  • http://www.runnersworld.co.uk/defaultTraining.asp?v=4 Runners World very own training plans. - brilliant. The guys in my running club swear by them, and they've each done the LondMar several times.
  • I've always hated All Bran but now I'm becoming addicted to All-Bran Golden Crunch.
  • I smoked for 42years (do the maths!) and I stopped on a whim 104 days ago (but who's counting!!). Within a couple of weeks I had so much excess energy that I started jogging, very slowly, but jogging. To keep my mind off smoking, I was looking for fitness, healthy recipes etc websites and came across MFP. I've saved over…
  • 1. Ipod - listen to whatever your music is and jog slowly rather than run. Jog to one song, walk to the next song. Always jog slower than you think you need to. 2. Download C25K (couch to 5k), music isn't to everyone's taste but its an excellent way to learn how to run 3. My mantra when running is : "My running is eating…
