So I'm currently eating 1200 cals.... If I put my weight lose at 1/2 lb a week, then it setts me at 1530. I feel like all I am doing is gaining at 1200, but 1530 seems high to still lose weight. Watcha think?

I am 134.2 today, (dropped 2 pounds since the beach) yikees, how do we gain so fast yet lose so slow? :ohwell: Hope all of you are doing well. Remember, eating doesn't feel as good as being healthy does. :)

Thank u all for advice. :) have u ever heard of eating more than ur body needs in one sitting, so then it is stored? Or sending ur body into starvation mode when it growls? Just feeling around to see what I think about what people have told me

If u r coming from a lower calorie in take u might still be getting ur body back to normal. It took me a good month or two to loose weight. I was actually gaining, but now I'm in the green and decreasing. Stick with it and keep ur chin up, and before long u'll be loosing :)

I'm in!!! Let's rock this place! I'm an adorably 5'1" and 30lbs. I've never been 115 or 110, but who says you can't dream?!? The pounds ore coming off like frozen honey, but patience is our key outa here. Keep ur chins up ladies (: the pounds in October here we come!
