Sometimes you have to eat more than the amount of calories you're given just to jump start your metabolism. Remember, you have to increase your calorie intake when you exercise. If your body isn't getting enough calories, it'll store fat because it doesn't know when it's going to get enough food next. Don't give up!

You're saying you're exercising every day and still gaining weight? The weight you're gaining could very well be your muscles becoming stronger. You have to gain muscle mass first so you can lose the fat that you want. Don't worry, keep your head up! You can do it, that's what we're all here for :)

Exactly. I've been eating my set 1200 cals a day, but still feel hungry at the end of the day. In fact my stomach is growling right now. Yep :) Don't worry, it's just muscle. Once you've built it all up, you'll be able to burn fat more efficiently, therefore lose more weight! Keep up the good work. I'm on Day 2.

The thing is, every time we go there, we always order the same thing for everyone. Lemon Chicken, Ginger Beef, Fried Rice, Beef with Veggies, Chow Mein and Shrimps :( I'll just have to have really small portions of each just to be safe!

Well I just moved it from a room with hardwood flooring (where I did my weigh in before) to a carpeted room and found out that I needed to add the carpet feet on it? Maybe that has something to do with it.

I lost 3kg already this month, just by doing a body cleanse! I was surprised to see that I had dropped that much so quickly, but it rids your body completely of all that junk left in there.
