I love Jillian workouts and find they are great for a quick workout with good results. I have Insanity which I also like but it's more intense and gruelling (45mins). Thankyou guys for your responses:) I have stumbled across it very cheap, so I am thinking WHY NOT!!! My hubby is a personal trainer and won't join in with me on Jillian Michaels or Michelle Bridges (too girly). Hoping we can smash this out together.

I enter it as Circuit training for 30mins at 160 Calories. That was the result I got with a heart rate monitor :)

I would also get an exercise/yoga mat as there is alot of floor work. i love this workout and use it all the time amongst her other ones. Good Luck!!

I have the same problem. Solution: 1 tbls Cocoa powder 1 tsp Honey 1 Mug of Hot water It satisfies the taste of chocolate in just one cup, is low in calories & doesn't taste too bad. Can also add milk if you like

I was just about to post a topic re. Chocolate. If I know it's in the room I have to eat it!! I would love to know if anyone has mastered the cravings. After I eat it I always admit that I could have lived without it and it never tastes as good as I imagined.

I have to eat wholegrain everything due to an intolerance to the high amounts of Starch in Whitened products. So I guess Starch is a product in things that are not wholegrain that might not be as healthy for you. Wholegrain also has the higher fibre.

Hi Itlane, I know that feeling, my partner is a Personal Trainer and he said the best way to lose fat is by doing cardio workouts. Circuit training is good for muscle toning, but walking, running, dancing, skipping (anything that makes your heart pound) will lose fat quickly. Good luck
