30 Day Mixer Challenge

-3 Days to go! What better way to kickstart a brand new year (and burn off Christmas dinner)than with a challenge to make yourself feel (& look) AmAzInG!!

I am obsessed with Jillian Michaels workouts but I am always looking for a new challenge and I find that if I am doing the same workout for weeks on end I get disinterested..SO, as of December 31st I am starting this 30 day mixer. Hoping to get a few people who are interested so we can all motivate each other.

It will consist of Jillian Michaels dvd's-
~ 30 Day Shred (Mondays and Thursdays, changing levels every week)
~ Ripped in 30 (Tuesdays and Fridays, changing levels every week)
~ 6 Week 6 pack (Wednesdays and Saturdays, changing levels every week also)

We can log before and after stats & pictures. I will be logging daily so feel free to comment on my posts with your thoughts!! Add me if you are keen to join:)

    This is such a good idea! I would try, but haven't tried 2 DVDs and would like to try them out individually first. Almost done with 30DS (5 more days!) and RI30 is next!
  • Yeah i am excited to start:) I have done all of them but I usually get to week 3 and then I get bored, i work better if I mix things up. Good luck with your next two dvd's. I loved RI30:)
