Give yourself mini goals...when you lose 10 pounds you get a blah blah when you lose 20 lbs you get a blah blah and so forth...works for me!

I just today upped my required 1200 calories a day to 1500 calories a day..have been on a plateau for forever...this post motivated me that I am taking the right direction..we shall see

Well, first I have never worn a ton of make-up, just enough to enhance. And in the morning I am the only one there...so nope not trying to impress anyone. And second..maybe I am just blessed..even though I work my hiney off...I don't sweat a lot never have, thank goodness ;)

Mine is open. When I first started using MFP I had it closed, just because I didn't want to be crucified by all that happened to view it. But I am here to get something accomplished and my eating habits are a big factor in the achieving that goal or not. So if I am going to be honest with myself I keep it open for others…

I am NOT an expert..but here is what I do...my calorie intake for a day is 1200. 1. Eating? So according to my trainer and my boyfriend - I should only be eating 1200-1500 calories a day regardless of it I work out or not. Even if I burn 800 cals at the gym, there is just no reason to eat the 2400+ calories that MFP…

typically I work out 6 days a week. I alternate lower and upper body and on Wednesdays I usually run stairs at my sons school while he has basketball practice.
