  • I would push through and do it. This is the second time for me doing c25k and I remember thinking I couldn't possibly run for 20 mins but I slowed my pace right down and got through it. I'm currently on week 4 and looking at the time left but I think it's mostly in my head.
  • I think you just need to really slow down for the runs, even if the runs are as slow as your walks it doesn't matter you can increase speed later. Or just try to walk faster for the runs and build up to a very slow jog.

  • My weight is going on a lot more quickly now, I had a small appetite in my first trimester and my metabolism seems to have sped up in pregnancy. I'm more worried about post partum weight gain as last time I gained around 30lbs whist breastfeeding and could only lose it after we stopped!

  • Also, my only exercise is walking 30 mins per day as I get SPD.
  • I have set MFP to maintenance and will up by 200 calories for the third trimester. I'm in the UK and it's only recommended to eat extra in the last trimester. I don't always stick to this though and sometimes have binge days which I'm trying to stop.

  • I'm in the UK and will go by NHS guidelines which is to add 200 extra calories for the last trimester. Until then I have sent MFP to maintenance which is about 1750 for me.
