I've lost quite a bit and have a fair amount of loose skin. My regret is that I didn't incorporate weight training into my exercise routine from the beginning. I'm sure I would still have some loose skin but probably not this much.

A friend of mine keeps a bag of dark chocolate chips in her freezer. Whenever she needs a fix, she can just grab a few cause knows exactly how many she can have and stay on track.

^^^^^This^^^ I found that it's a whole lot easier drinking from a cup with a straw. I have a 24 oz cup at work and one at home that I drink from. I thought it was just me being weird.

Even if you don't share them with anyone ever, definitely take progress pics. It will help you see the progress you're making when you start doubting yourself later on. :) I take a monthly pic and now I can look back and see just how far I've come.

Don't know if you can get it or not but I keep instant oatmeal in my drawer at work. Nuts are a good snack as well.
