If it is outside of my regular daily activities, I do log cleaning. I use my HRM and for instance the other day I cleaned for 3hrs and burned over 1000 cals. If it is just picking up around the house for 10 mins., no I don't log. I don't clean every day, therefore when I do it is time consuming and generally a vigorous…

Saw it on Sr. Phil & The Doctors...I wouldn't pay for it, but that's my personal opinion. If I was clueless on nutrition, maybe...But I'm not...As it is supposed to have the added nutrition guide aspect in the method...

I only have one so far. It's a large star in the middle of my upper back (just a few inches below my neck) with my daughter's name in it and then a smaller star on either side of the large star, black and pink are the colors. I want at least one more...I now have a son & would like his name on me as well :) And who knows…

I have it...When I was diagnosed almost 2 years ago, I had a baby at home, as well as a 5 year old & my husband worked out of town, I was working full time & taking call with my job, so I used all of that as my excuse for being tired, but all I wanted to do was sleep. I was having problems concentrating & began having…

I didn't gain, I actually lost. From last Tuesday until Tuesday this week I lost 2.2 pounds. I traveled a lot, but still made time to exercise every day!! I am committed to this & I…

I'm a nurse but no flu shots for this family!! Long story short...2 years ago my daughter ended up seriously ill after getting the flu shot, had surgery and a chest tube placed and was hospitalized for 5 days. All of that being said, that all took place after her being sick for 2 weeks, me taking her to 2 ER's & 2 clinic…

Good for you!! Great job!!!

If it's working for a person to log it, good for them!!! Personally, I do log for cleaning, laundry and shopping...That being said, I don't log for a 15 minute grocery store run, but if I'm shopping for 2 hours you better believe that I will be logging it!! For laundry, I have certain laundry days, so it is NOT a daily…

Current: Stay @ home mommy Dream: I love being home for the time being for my kiddos, but I am also an RN and have had some pretty amazing jobs. I have a passion and love for nursing and would like to return to a nursing job when my youngest goes to school.

It's all going to depend on how your surgery goes and how your recovery process goes...If the surgeon is able to perform it as a lap procedure versus open, I believe most recommendations are no strenuous activity and no lifting over 25 pounds for 3 weeks, then you should have a check up & it will be determined by your…

I have heard of it...I was told to check out the book due to thyroid issues I have. Anyway, I did find the book online to get some info a couple months ago & many people have said great things about it!! I would be very interested to hear from someone who has tried the diet as well...

The 1st thing that happened when I KNEW something was wrong was when I started having heart palpitations. Granted, I was experiencing fatigue but thought that was due to having a baby at home, as well as a 5 y.o. at the time, working full time, taking call with my job, and my husband working out of state. I also was having…

I stay away from soy. As advised, I take my medication 30 mins to 1 hr prior to eating with a full glass of water and I have increased my protein.
