I was on the depo shot for about 2 years after my son was born. I didn't gain weight or have any other problems besides spotting (which is why I eventually stopped taking it). I've had an IUD now for the last 5 years (one hormonal, one non) and they have worked just lovely!

The only supplements I take are a vegan omega supplement (fish oil based makes me gag) and iron (I'm anemic). I used to take a multivitamin but I'm eating a pretty well-rounded diet so I feel pretty comfortable without it.

Since it's so easy to use (as mentioned by others) I think I will continue using it for awhile afterwards. I am bad with estimating calories so I think that using MFP to maintain is a good idea for me :)

I don't really plan a "cheat day." I tend to want to eat healthy foods most days, but some days I have a craving so I just follow that and make sure not to overdo it :)

Obviously we do. Also...anyone who actually looks into The Church of Satan (although there are other Satanist groups) will really just find it's about acceptance of self (good and bad) and a way to live. NOT really about worshipping Satan. Just saying, it's quite an interesting topic.

Atheist since...forever :P. The rest of my family is Christian-ish...but never a thing for me. But I'm certainly used to accepting other's beliefs because of it!

My BMI is current 22.7... I'm aiming for around 20. But really, I don't pay that much attention to BMI since I am in normal. I'm instead concentrating on toning up! Paying attention to inches rather than lbs/bmi.
