  • I am so squishy at the moment. Was looking good last week, but this week my remaining fat (have about 10lb to loose) is all squishy that I feel as if I have not lost anything at all. Got quite depressed last night about it. But I know it is just a stage and it will look different next week.

  • From my experience the body finds a natural weight where it is comfortable. For years I did absolutely nothing to watch my calories, but was always around 128.
