    I am down 2 pounds in June. For me this isn't bad to be honest! Maybe in July I will finally get out of the 30's though.

    So I lost 3.1 lbs in June. Didn't meet my goal but I am ecstatic because I have been trying to lose weight ALL YEAR and I didn't lose anything till this month. This group rocks!

    I got much closer to my goal than I thought I would. I even saw a 135.5 on the scale yesterday, so I know I am nearly there. I am very happy with my 4lb, but will still aim for 5lb in July.

    Well it has been a good month for me!! My goal over the weekend is to maintain 341. :wink: I plan to workout everyday even though I am out of town. I have packed my own lunch for 6 hour road trip and plan to eat big breakfast and light dinners with fish. I am taking snack packs of carrots, almonds, boiled eggs, etc. I think we all know it is hard on special occasions to stay on point eating wise. But we can do it!!     well i didnt make my goal im off by 1 pound but im still happy about it. i did lose 5 lbs this month and im gonna keep pushing for another 5 lbs for July! See u all next month :) and congrats to u all for all ur hard work!!

    06/27: 160.7 (Really busy week at work with College Orientation and a birthday party... and also TOM. Hopefully the last three days will be better.)

    06/20: 193.2 ok. Two more weeks to lose 3 pounds. That can happen right? I don't know what happened that last week, must have been water and hormones...I hate that!
    06/27: 190.6 Holy manhole covers Batman!! I did not expect that! That gives me another couple of days to lose the .6!!
    06/30: 190.6 ~eye roll~ if only I hadn't been so accurate in my reporting! That and I weighed myself 3 times and got 3 different numbers. Oh well. Onward and downward.

    Well I have just been so up and down the last 2 weeks losing 5 lbs and then gaining it all back again!!!
    I am so angry and frustrated that I missed my goal (again!!!)

    Good job to all those who checked in every week in June challenge and special shout out to the 3 people who reached their goals last month. One person may have reached goal but the did not check in for the last weigh in.

    Keep up the good work and lets keep checking in regardless if up of down. If you gained weight there is nothing to be ashamed of we are not perfect. We just keep on trying until we get it right. Success is never giving up!:flowerforyou:

    06/01: 263.6 - why yes...this is weight gained from memorial day weekend. UGH!
    06/06: 260.0 - This weekend I was good EXCEPT Sunday could have been better! Still lost so I'm happy!
    06/13: 257.8 - another bad Sunday full of drinking!
    06/20: 257.2 - went to Vegas and still lost! Not much but, I was SO scared to step on the scale! YAY!
    06/27: 257.1 - love/hate relationship with the weekends! :(
    06/30: 256.0 - When I'm off from work, I hardly get on the computer!

    I'm happy with June's progress! Hoping it continues in July! Starting another challenge?
