Sandra, Thank you so much! It is always hard watching someone going through this. My husband is very close with her and is a mess. I am sure the next week will be a rough one in our house. Hopefully I can still manage to stay on top of everything though.

It has been one crazy week! I am experiencing a love/HATE relationship with my scale, because of course, it cannot be my fault! I have been as high as 155.3lbs. ( yes, in this week ) and this morning 149 again. I changed the battery on the scale and have tried increasing the water intake. I also took up biking today. I really hope that I can do better for next weigh in!0 -

Well I am a week behind... But at least it is moving again for the whole month of May it went from 147-149 so this is great I just might make it into the 130's this month if I really kick butt. I am going to do my best to cut back on my processed sugars and I can say out of the month I have only had a hand full of diet DP's (2 today ) so I am getting so much better.
