Okay guys... It's June!!! What are your goals? Where do you want to be a month from now? We saw a lot of losses in May... a couple gains, but this is a NEW month! We are starting fresh!!

Okay This is how I would like your weights/goals posted so it makes it easier to make a chart! Not to sound mean, but you will NOT be included in the chart if you tell me to get your details from your status. Commit, follow the format, and it will be a great month!

Above are the weekly weigh-in days, you do not have to post weekly goals :) Unless of course you want to! :) Weigh-ins will be Monday this month. June 1st and June 30th will be our only weigh-in not on a Monday.

New charts will be up by Wednesday morning... If I do not have your current weight by Tuesday night, your new weight will not be on the chart. Sorry! Good luck and look for our weekly challenges!! (I am the new admin of this group and will do my best to figure out all the details of the chart).

First challenge of the month: Eat a min of 3-5 servings of fruits/and or Veggies a day! & Do 10 extra push-ups every day (they can be modified, or wall just do them! )

    HS Reunion june 24-26 will be tough to make the loss that week. I'll have to lose an extra pound the week before and then maintain over that weekend.

    My goal this month is to eat more fruits and veggies, walk/jog/run at least 15 miles a week, and increase my water intake.

    As of 2 days ago I cut out soda. When I started MFP 3 months ago I was drinking 32 oz cup of regular Dr Pepper EVERYDAY...:blushing: and i wondered why I was gaining so much weight so fast... lets not even talk about the sweet tea intake... Well a month in I changed to Diet DP and cut out reg all together and changed to unsweet tea (with added splenda). Well I think it is time to let the diet soda go also.. I think I will cut it back to if I really really need it but less then once a week and go on from there. Good luck everyone and happy loss :laugh:
