I checked in yesterday and came in at 137.5, but this morning I was 136!!! Fingers crossed I can see that number on Thursday as well. I will be happy with 4lb lost in June. Then I have to decide my July target knowing that I will have one week of vacation which will be active, but I will allow myself some treats...0

Molli1037 is the star of the week with an amazing 4 pounds down!! So far she is down 16 pounds in June!!!:drinker: She has said goodbye to 4.48% of her body!!

I didn't *technically* make my goal, off by almost a whole pound. But I'm in my range and I did technically lose 8 lbs, they hardly count because I gained 4 in one week!! Oh well, I'm still pretty happy with the results! Good job to everyone!!0 -

Holiday weekend will be a tough one. It's Canada Day tomorrow.
Four days at the cottage and I am NOT eating oatmeal and skinless, boneless chicken breast!!
Bartender I'll have a mojito.
It will be a test for me to see if I can have sensible, SMALLER portions of the NewYork steak, buttery corn on the cob, creamy potato salad, peach crisp and ice cream, grilled lamb burgers with feta and mint sauce, peameal bacon and eggs and pancakes.
It's all well and good to stay away from these but I have to learn that I can have them in moderation and incorporate them into my new, healthier, lifestyle. I'm going to try to get in some nice long hikes to balance things out.
