morning workout hunger??
When I work out in the morning I am so hungry throughout the day but I never eat my exercise calories back... but I HATE working out at night and only do that in the gym with my trainer. I sound so whiney I know, but for you early risers -do ya'all experience this too?

sporadic weight loss...??
I've been logging and faithfully staying in my calorie goals for 2 months. eating a late breakfast ok??
I am at work by 6 am and I don't like to eat breakfast until 7:30-8:00.. I'm not hungry till then usually. I've heard to start your metabolism, I need to eat sooner-closer to when I get up ( which is 5am). Thoughts?

5th day and already discouraged..
I have 120 pounds to lose and I am so embarrassed to say that I am already discouraged and it's my 5th day!I feel like all I do is think about food and I so badly want to get healthy and reach my goal weight. How did you deal with food cravings, mind set etc when you first started?? Thanks :)
