Would love some ideas as im getting a lil bored with chicken veggies and brown rice....

    Hmm I do sausages with potatoes or rice? 3 breakfast sausages aren't too high in cals

    At the minute I'm quite partial to cheeseburger salad! I don't have a bread bun with it, literally just a burger (homemade or frozen -mine are 189 cal) topped with cheese served with a standard salad, or big plate of steamed veggies. If I've got enough calories, I have a bit of salsa or soured cream with it! Yum.

    In one pot, I boil cabbage and potatoes until the potatoes are done. Then, I through some turkey smoked sausage or turkey kielbasa in the pot for about 5 minutes to get it heated through and boom. One of my favorite all time meals since childhood.

    Lentil bolognese :D just fried garlic and onion, lentils, chopped tomatoes, stock, oregano, basil, salt, chilli flakes, maybe a little red wine. Topped with a dairy free parm made from cashews and nutritional yeast. With wholemeal pasta. Best. Thing. Ever.

    Eat different proteins...why only chicken? Have some fish...salmon...beef...pork. Lots of options there.

    I eat a lot of brown rice too...but I also eat a lot of potatoes, sweet potatoes, quinoa, corn, etc

    eat a variety of veggies cooked in a variety of ways...sometimes I like a little steamed broccoli...sometimes I like some sauteed greens with mushrooms...I'm always up for roasted veggies.

    For whatever reason, people seem to think that food has to be bland and boring to lose weight or to be healthy...that is far from the truth.

    This too. I eat every type of meat and vegetable possible and it's all been no issue to my health or fitness.

    I get a lot of recipes from eat yourself skinny and skinny taste, you can google them.
