sporadic weight loss...??

I've been logging and faithfully staying in my calorie goals for 2 months. I've lost 29 pounds and lots of inches as I'm also doing circuit training and lifting 3 - times a week, but I also allow 4 cheat meals a month and maybe this is why I'm having this issue. I will lose 3-4 pounds in one week and then lose NOTHING the next week. I weighed in this week and gained .3 of a pound but my clothes are smaller and I am sooo strict with my food ( except my 14 a week splurge) ..could that be halting my progress? Does anyone else's body hold on to weight for a week ms then drop it the following week?

    I'm hoping to see loss! I'm not as disciplined as you, but I notice sometimes even in good weeks I don't lose!

    This is how it works for everyone. Weight loss is not linear. :)
