Successful "No thank-yous"
So, I went to a birthday party yesterday and survived! Said no to cookies, crackers ,chips, lasagna, salad with a sweet dressing, and cake and ice cream. Weight loss stall- go higher fat or go on an intermittent fast?
The last two weeks I have had a bit of a stall. I have not cheated the "low carb" way, but may have gone a bit above 20-25g/day of carbs. Sorry to bother you all but in searching the FAQs I can't find how to fix this. Fitbit suddenly started affecting my food diary. I don't want my calories burned affecting my calorie intake goals. I tried diary settings but see no option.

ketosis and insomnia
I asked in another forum but looking for any reasons why my sleep is horrible. Either can't fall asleep or stay asleep. Slept better but not perfect, after making sure my magnesium, sodium and potassium were covered last night but not feeling rested. Hellllllp! Getting exhausted but want to stick to the diet.
