What to ask the doctor
I have an appointment with my doctor on Friday. My objective is to get a health baseline and see if he thinks I can cut further without negative health issues. I will ask for referals for: General labs Thyroid panel (history of issues) Mammogram Dexa scan (not sure if he will sign off) What am I missing?

How to incorporate protein powder
Hi! I'm trying to increase my protein intake with powder, but I don't like the consistency of shakes. I tried mixing some into Greek yogurt and found it disgusting. I'll try some in my oatmeal today to see if I like it. What else quick and easy can I do with protein powder? Thanks!

running & walking question
My cardio is a mixture of jogging & walking. I usually do 5-7 miles total. I start off jogging (1-3 miles), walk a few, then maybe jog again. If I jog 3 intermittent miles is the burn the same as a continuous 3 miles?

Weekends make me hungry...no, its more like "hangry"!
I do just fine with my hunger during the busy work week. Saturday comes and *BAMMMMM* I'm hangry. I know its because I have more free time & I'm out of my routine, but that doesn't make it any easier. Anyone else have a similar issue?

Low on Iron
I am consistently low on iron...not anemic, but not meeting the daily requirements. Any suggestions? I only eat meat 4-5 days a week and rarely consume red meat. I eat lots of veggies, whole grains, beans, dark leafy greens, etc....
