walking bleachers...whats the calorie burn?

In addition to my regular workout I walked the bleachers (fast!) at the high school for about 20 minutes today. I'm trying to estimate a calorie burn but have no idea where to start. Does anyone have any input? It was definitely more strenuous than a fast walk or a slow jog, but I think that may be the strength element, not the cardio.

Since doing bleachers is basically a stair climbing exercise you can probably be safe in using the "Stair-treadmill ergometer, general" in the MFP exercise database, filling in the time and it will give you an estimate of calories burned.

    Hope that helps. Good Luck.

If you go into Exercises, there is "Walking, Upstairs." I use that for when I do the bleachers. You burn A LOT of calories doing that. I wear a Polar heart rate monitor when I do it, and I usually burn more than MFP gives me.
