How much is too much fibre per day?
I eat a lot of fruit/veggies/whole grains/nut butter etc. So easily get 50+g of fibre a day. Sometimes higher. Wondering how much is too much - other than the usual side effects of bloat/gas and ensuring you're getting enough water - what other issues might be caused by too much?

Calorie goals by meal feature - way to set goal for entire week or multiple days for each meal?
I see this feature was recently implemented. Very cool. However appears you have to set it for each day, and each meal? Is there a way to pick multiple days and set these goals? Its a bit cumbersome to set for each day and each meal...especially when you have several different meal sections. Thanks

Maintaining in summer months....hardest time of the year?
For the second year in a row this is proving to be the toughest time of the year to maintain as I'm up a couple lbs. More BBQ, ice cream, beer and family dinners/vacations. I have a low sodium diet (by choice not BP related etc) usually 1500-1800mg per day. I also a lot of high cardio days with 5 to 10k runs or insanity.
