Nutrition Summary report with full itemized food listings?

I see you can export a Nutrition summary which gives you details per day/meal. I'm looking for a report that does this....but also shows each individual food under each meal per day so I can put into Excel and create some tables to see what foods have impacted my macros throughout the months.

Is there a way to do a full export similar to the nutrition summary with this data that would also be excel friendly?

    I would like to do this as well. I upgraded to Premium just to be able to export everything I've eaten in the past 4 years (should be interesting), but that doesn't seem to be an option. Lame.

    It's possible... MFP can do it but they need to add this feature. See this link. It works well and will pull a year back! Haven't tried further. Just need to select option to get data for every food https://www.designbyvh.com/mfp2csv.php
