Inserts for running shoes
So, I am kinda new to running. But was running 10 miles a day. I have bought some new shoes. Went to a running store had my gait analyzed. They recommended custom shoe inserts for $70. I bought them. I am now thinking of buying the same shoe so I have 2 pairs. Thoughts about custom shoe inserts?

Help with Las Vegas vacation
I will be taking my 83 year old wheelchair bound mother to The California Hotel downtown for a week in August. I called the hotel there is no fitness center. I need help working out and eating strategies while on vacation. Should I look into joining a gym for a week?
