Half marathon question
I hope I’m in the right place. I’m training for my first half marathon in April. From my research, I’m at the point that I need to start using gels. I went on Amazon and overwhelmed by the options. Anything else to consider? I’ve never done anything like this before. Anyone have any suggestions?

How do I track cardio with the apple fitness app? I usually do Turbofire videos. Would that be indoor running? That's what my other Watch did?

I have a Fitbit Alta and it only picks up aerobic exercises, not strength training. Is there something additional that would be helpful to get to track calories and time sort exercising? Any suggestions? Thanks!!

When counting calories...
So, I'm just now getting back into My Fitness Pal and was wondering about total calories consumed. Should I pay attention to the amount before I exercise or after? Like, after I exercise, should I make sure to still have the minimum calories consumed? Or should I not worry since I burned those off. Thanks for your help…
