Food Scale Recommendations?
I am in need of an accurate and reliable food scale. I used the Ozeri Pronto Digital which is the best seller on Amazon. However, it was off and inconsistent from my experience. Returned it in hopes that it was faulty but the next one did the same. Does anyone have a consistent food scale that they can recommend? Thanks!

Stronglifts 5x5 with C25K
I was wondering if doing both of these programs at the same time is a smart idea. I was thinking of doing C25K in the mornings before work because I prefer morning running and doing SL5x5 in the afternoons on MWF. Not sure if it is smart to do them on the same day or should I alternate days and give myself a day off?
