I entered my information into MFP on the BMR calculator and ended up with a different number then my "From Normal Daily Activity" section on my goals. On the BMR calculator it gives me 2223 vs the 2780 the goals section reflects. HELP! Not sure why there would be such a huge difference in BMR. I have entered that i live a sedentary daily life too. Thanks all help is appreciated.

Your BMR is what you would burn if you were in a coma - it's what your body needs just to stay alive. It's what you would burn if you laid in bed all day and did not move or eat. The "From Normal Daily Activity" number includes (not surprisingly) your BMR PLUS all of your "normal daily activities." Even a sedentary lifestyle burns more calories than not moving all day. Your numbers are probably fine, I think you just have the terminology a little confused.0
