Power Rack Routines

I have a power rack at home with a pull up bar and an adjustable bench. Can anyone share their at home power rack routines they like to do I am currently doing strong lifts and I know it will get harder as I go on but I am looking for alternatives and not sure exactly what to do. Well anyway any advice is greatly appreciated! I also have Bowflex dumbbells if that helps with your advice any. Thank you!

subbing as I'm in almost the same situation only without the dumbells.0

If you're doing SL5x5, you're already doing all you need to do in the rack w/squats, BP, DL, OHP and Rows.
If you think you need to do additional accessory lifts or exercises, you could do GMs, SLDLs and RDLs plus Chin or Pullups, in the rack, as well.0 -
What can't be done with a bar, bench, and a rack? That's all I have, and there are only a couple of useful bodybuilding lifts that I miss like flies and the hip machine. There is a list of programs here:
