Question
When doing exercises do you guys use a heart monitor to track your calories burned or just track your time and punch that in? I feel that when I use a monitor i burn more calories than just putting in the minutes that I just do exercises. I get 2 different readings when I put in both.

Question about calories
So I am curious to know if anyone has tried calories swings for weeks and have lost weight? What I mean is some days you go by the calories mfp gives you if you want to lose 2 lbs a week and other days you go by maintenance calories. What were your results doing this? And how long you went through this trend?

Calories and weight loss
So I'm curious about something. So say my daily calories bank is 1840 and staying below them. Im also exercising 3-5 days a week. My question is if I eat 1 or 2 of 7 days above those calories, say my maintenance weight calories, would I still lose or no? Just wondering.

Feedback on IF
Has anyone done Intermittent Fasting and if so how did it go? I know you restrict to eat in a certain window. I want to try it but I want to have my eating window between 9am - 4pm. Have you tried this window, if so did it work or did you change to other hours? Any help is appreciated.

So I started using my fitbit again and I have noticed that it is only recording my steps but not my calories burned. Do I have to put it manually each physical activity such as me walking with crutches so it will give me the calories burned?

Has anyone ever used this machine. Just wandering how do I look it up on the exercises because I don't seem to find it. I did manage to find one that is called stepper bike but when I put the 30 mins workout it gives me 1/3 calories. Just wondering if I should still log it in like this?

Accurate calories burned?!?!
So I know we should put the calories that MFP give us but what about when it comes to speed. For instance if I get on the treadmill and MFP gives me 75 calories burn for 4 mins but I walked on a .8 mph I'm sure I burned less than that. Do I still put the calories that MFP gives me or do I adjust it?

What The Health?!?!

Hello, questions. Does your calorie bank changes if you change your goal weight? Also as I started losing weight the calories burned were decreasing, do I record what MFP gives me or what the treadmill does?
