Hello, questions. Does your calorie bank changes if you change your goal weight? Also as I started losing weight the calories burned were decreasing, do I record what MFP gives me or what the treadmill does?

MFP should prompt you (if it is working properly) to update your goals each time you log a weight change that exceeds 10 pounds from the last time you updated your goals. Many people will manually update their goals prior to that, so many people may not ever get the prompt, because they have updated their goals manually before that 10-pound change happens. Normally, the goal difference is about 10 to 30 Calories, so not a very large change.
The MFP exercise Calorie estimate is based on your current logged weight. As your weight goes down, the MFP estimated Calorie burn will decrease.
