helping my son
my 10 y/o wanted to do the c25k.so I'm doing it again with him.today was w1d1.he wants to do the next 5k with me. I still do my 3.1 miles and the c25k with my son i should be ready for the next 5k whenever that is gonna be..lol

ran my first 5k
been doing well redoing the c25k program.. a year ago if you told me that I was gonna run a 5k i would have thought you were crazy..lol I have done the c25k back in august and finsh that in Oct. then i did the bridge to 10k program right before Christmas I was running for an hour without stopping then the holidays…

ran my first 5k
yesterday i ran my first 5k i ran it in 36:10 not bad for my 1st one..it was about 200 ppl running 90% were a lot young than me and in the Navy..about 1/2 the race was all up hill. at the end i ran so hard across the finish line i couldn't even feel my legs..lol now to keep my running up and run 3 times a week

doing c25k again

wow can't believe I'm half done. tomorrow I start week 3.i watched week 3 after my workout today it doesn't look too bad..i will find out tomorrow how i do..lol

day 11 done.. hubby taking a nap kids off playing games so i was able to get my workout in today..this week the kids are home all week "winter break".. Friday i will start week 3...

this was was back in Sept 13 when i first attempt starting shred the end of level 1 sept. 23 this was taken tonight feb.6 after 4 days completing shred and day 1 of ripped back in Sept. i started 30 day shred and got to L2D8 and gave up then i restarted on Jan.2 wish i took pics on Jan.2.

lost 30lbs pics
I lost 30 lbs. the pics don't show it but you can tell in person..the first pic was taken in June 2010 with my oldest son i was about 170lbs. then the second pic was taken today. 135lbs. my highest weight was 184lbs. but i don't have any pics i would hide when i saw the camera or i was the one taken the picture

Biggest looser starts tomorrow
