Eating out disappoints AGAIN! - BOYCOTT

Very simple.... I'm not hungry. Can't seem to "net" 1200...... Should I worry? Will my energy bottom out? Do you all make sure you net 1200? I'm not sure I buy into the "starvation mode" theory. Just trying to be healthy. :-). I eat when I'm hungry but don't want to force feed myself.

I LOVE EGGS! Is 3-4 a day too much? I don't have cholesterol issues. I love 2 egg omelet for breakfast and usually throughout the day I can eat 1-2 boiled eggs...... Oh, and sometimes egg beaters, scrambled, before bed...... Too much?

Cardio everyday?
Debating if I should do some form of cardio everyday or should I do cardio one day and weight train the next....... Hard to truly factor in weight lifting calories.
