For years I have been a yo-yo dieter. I am a perfectionist by nature and an all or nothing person. I have lost tons of weight and gained tons of weight throughout the years. I am currently 37 and started having weight trouble at age 17.
Tomorrow is 6 months until my next birthday and I SO DESPERATELY want to get t o my goal weight by my birthday. This means about a 50 lbs lost. But it's not enough to just lose the weight but to adopt a LIFESTYLE that I can continue for the rest of my life!!
This is where I need your help!!!! I KNOW how to diet...... I need to learn how to make it a lifestyle!!! What are your best tips for accomplishing that?
I absolutely HATE food journaling and it actually is a trigger for me to binge so I plan to eat 5-6 mini melas per day and eat around 200-250 calories each meal. Eating clean foods most of the time.
So PLEASE give me your best tips to help me make this a LIFESTYLE!!! NOT YET ANOTHER DIET!!
Also.... I could use a solid support group so please add me as your friend and encourage me these next 6 months! :flowerforyou:
