Happy New Year everyone!! I am on medications that cause an increased appetite an subsequent weight gain. Unfortunately, I can’t stop them since they’re are necessary for my health. It’s so frustrating! Any thoughts on managing cravings, and possible low calorie foods that will keep me full? Thank you ~

Weight Loss Plateau?
I am 5 ft, 6 inches tall and 221#. I eat around 1400 cal a day and have lost about 15 pounds. However, I’ve not lost anything over the past week. Any ideas as to the reason why? Should I cut my calories more? I can’t exercise due to medical issues.

Ideas for BBQ recipes?
I need some ideas for easy low cal, high protein recipes to grill on the BBQ. We use the barbee year round and are getting tired of chicken breasts with salsa and lemon pepper seasoned fish.
