Diet Plan Suggestions

I’m just getting started again on my weight loss journey. I’m interested in any suggestions for a high protein, low carbohydrate diet. I’ve tried Paleo before, but it was just too complicated ~~ some of the recipes didn’t even taste good. The plus is that I felt full longer because of the amount of protein in the diet. Is there a book that any of you can recommend? Thank you

You don't have to follow a "diet". If you want to eat higher protein just load up your diet with proteins you enjoy. And if you're going to aim for low carb, make sure you eat enough fat, because low carb and low fat is not a good idea.
For weight loss, calories are king. So log your food, hit your calorie goal, and personalized your macros however you feel best. Good luck!5 -
I've lost weight doing many diets, but always regained. Now I don't "diet" but instead look for forever changes. If it's complicated or doesn't taste good to you....it's temporary.
You can lose weight by "tweaking" what you currently eat as long as you are reducing your daily calorie total. This is a great learning tool too. This makes a "diet" completely personal.5 -
I'm weak at planning and have been using platejoy.com with success0
