Any ideas for high protein easy breakfasts. I'm trying to cut back on carbs and eat more protein. I don't like meat in the mornings. Thank you.

    Does eggs count as meat? I sometimes buy egg beaters pints that are preflavored, a whole carton is ~220 calories and almost all protein.

    I know you're cutting back on carbs but another morning thing I used to do is cook oats in a little bit of milk, then stir in a scoop of flavored whey protein.

    It is difficult to raise protein without meat.

    Other things to look into are Cottage cheese and greek yogurt, both have high protein. You can top yogurt with wheat germ, granola, chia, whatever. Cottage cheese goes best (imo) paired with fruit
