Weight Loss Plateau?

I am 5 ft, 6 inches tall and 221#. I eat around 1400 cal a day and have lost about 15 pounds. However, I’ve not lost anything over the past week. Any ideas as to the reason why? Should I cut my calories more? I can’t exercise due to medical issues.

I wouldn’t make any changes based on 1 week.
Or even 2. Maybe 3. 4 would be better.0 -
A week is not a plateau, keep at what you're doing, if there is no change in 4-6 weeks then review how accurate your logging is (for tips see the Most Helpful posts in Getting Started and General Diet boards) and check out the below chart:
