Hey there! I am 22, 5'6 and 123/124lbs. I would like to be around 120/121lbs by Friday 29 May. So i would love to lose it to feel absolutely fabulous! I live a pretty sedendary lifesytle and try to run 10km 3x a week minimum with some strength training. Is it possible? Please help!

Hey, I have the option on the Android app to alter calories per day of the week which is awesome... if ot worked?! It's all greyed out and I can't access it. Is this happening to anyone else? Thanks

Weight at the end vs beginning of the day!
How much do you usually lose overnight (if you have ever weighed both before and after waking up!)? I have just been on the scale, stupid idea I know!, and it shows I am 9lbs heavier than I did this morning?!! Surely this can't all be gone by the morning?! It's crazy.

Hey Does waking up late (10.30am) mean that I have to reduce my calorie intake for the day? I usually get up around 7-8ish and eat 1200 for the day but today I slept in and I am worried about eating my allotted amount? Thank you
