So mad with myself!
I've just been swimming, I swam for an hour which MFP says is 755 calories. But when I got out I got a bit shaky so ended up eating 2 packets of crisps and a snickers! Probably just undone all that hard work!

Reaching goal on time.
I go on holiday on 23rd August. I want to be able to fit into my old skinny clothes by then. what do you do to make up your calories when you are sick? I feel so ill today and have no appetite at all. Think I've managed 200 or so so far today (4pm UK time).

Calorie Confusion
Bare with me as I know this has probably been asked a trillion times but I'm fairly new to calorie counting. I have burned a lot more than I've eaten today and MFP is telling me I still have over 2000 calories left to eat. Is it recommended that I eat the calories it tells me or is it ok to have th left over like that?

What is the most accurate way to log how many calories you burn?
I was told my Wii and workout machines are more than likely overestimating my burn and also that MFP also tends to do so. So how do I get an accurate idea of what I am burning?

My name is Nikki, I am 33 and currently around 3stone overweight :( I lost 52lbs 4 years ago at weight watchers but due to illness (I have Lupus) it slowly came back on.
