I can't do it because I have the kids home with me, my husband is at work and I can't take the kids to the classes with me.

I'm 5'2" also. I started at 180 and I'm now at 158. I'm aiming for 120. Don't think I could ever get as low as 113! My boobs are half my body weight!

I have Lupus, RA and Fibro. Is it Methotrecate you take? I am on that for the RA but I take it in tablets. I gained over 3st when I was first put on it but I'm losing it all now. It's really a case of mind over matter. Being determined to beat it and trying your hardest xxx

@amusedmonkey 99 pounds so far?!! That's awesome! B)
-
I was a weight watchers gal. Found the points system really easy :) especially with a calculator.
-
That would probably be the best plan.... But pastry is a weakness for me. I love it!!
-
I breaststroke too. I'm not majorly fast but not slow either. I've always been a strong swimmer.

Yeah I know MFP can overestimate which is why I don't normally eat all of my exercise calories back. I will definitely learn from this and take a healthy snack next time! There should be fruit vending machines instead of chocolate ones! Pity I'm already having homemade pie heavy I'm calories tonight!!

Thank you :)

I'm the same. Water doesn't tend to quench my thirst. Only cold cold fizzy drinks do it. But that's probably because of my illness and medications. I would perhaps see if there's a medical reason for this. Diabetics have thirsts that water doesn't help do they not?

Sounds great!! I do Aqua Fit which is just water aerobics and it's really fun but also hard work! It's a workout I enjoy which always helps!! Saw this image on Facebook and thought of this group as many of you have said similar things :)

@mamapeach910 what is water jogging?!
-
As long as you are doing some exercise you will be fine. You are still losing weight so don't worry about it!
-
I lost those at weight watchers on 29 points a day. I am eating much more now than I did then! Was hard to only have 29 points some days. I kept the weight off for 2 years until I had surgery and my health issues got the better of me and it all piled back on.
-
Yes I am eating some of my exercise calories everyday. So I'm eating between 1,300 and 1,600 most days.
-
You are very right! I won't push myself and don't worry, I won't do daft things to get to goal. Will just get as close as I can and hopefully feel more confident on my holiday :smile:
-
Thank you x
-
That's a pretty good idea actually. If I don't make goal I may do this :)
-
Yes I think I will fit in them if I can get wishing 7lbs of the goal maybe as I have been losing more inches than lbs. lost 5 inches on my hips so far by exercising everyday. I'm on 1200 calories a day according to MFP. Set at lightly active.
-
It was 32 when I started losing. I'm short so even though I don't weigh a massive amount, I'm still classed as obese. Not for much longer though :)
-
I'm obese by BMI standards. BMI is 30
-
I've lost 15lbs already since 20th April so I know I can lose more than 10-15 before August 23rd. And I've done it the right, healthy way! I lost 42lbs in 17 weeks a few years ago with weight watchers.

Ha ha! So it's ambitious but possible? B)
