What is bad about too much sodium? I keep going over my "daily intake" because there's a lot in quorn chicken fillets.

High blood pressure, heart disease and stroke are the more common issues. When trying to lose weight a diet high in sodium can lead to increased water retention. Try cutting some of your pre-packaged foods and you will see your sodium levels decrease.0

I think I will have to stop eating the Quorn. I have Lupus so really shouldn't be consuming anything that can affect my heart and kidneys!0
